Sarah McGuire - Founder

Intuitive Development Coaching & Clinical Hypnotherapy

Nelson Wellness Space & Online

Sarah is an Holistic Therapist, accredited Life Coach and Hypnotherapist. She began her vast array of training in coaching and massage in 2003 where she studied relaxation, Lomi Lomi, Shiatzu and emotional release techniques.

She then went on to work at Fountainhead Retreat in Australia. This experience allowed Sarah to work with clients who were suffering and recovering from cancer and other health issues, including anxiety and depression, treating them organically and holistically. In her time there she learnt about detoxification, raw food preparation and permaculture. These opportunities have given her a well-rounded perspective on holistic treatments and lifestyle.

Upon relocating back to Nelson, Sarah began working in the outdoors, managing a guiding company, where she discovered another opening for people to connect with themselves and others through movement and being empowered by nature.

This combination of experiences ultimately lead to her creating Wellness New Zealand offering a unique transformative approach to wellness.

Nelson Wellness Space & Online

Tracey has always had a passion for helping people and this, combined with a series of life events, has led her to become a Wellbeing Coach.

Later experiencing burnout and returning to Nelson for a quieter life.

A pivotal moment during routine surgery sparked Tracey's journey to becoming a Wellbeing Coach. In her leisure time, Tracey volunteers within her community and finds solace in the simple pleasures of nature and walking.

Monika Maier - Transformational Healing

Nelson Wellness Space & Remotely

A very warm welcome! My name is Monika, and Libellula is my heart project.

With over 20 years of nursing experience in Germany and New Zealand, I have learned the significance of a holistic approach to healing, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and most importantly spiritual aspect of a human being.

Our spiritual well-being is intricately linked to the experiences we have on our journey and can make the difference between suffering and being at peace.

My background includes working in Palliative Care and studying Process Oriented Psychology, which shaped my belief in spiritual healing for lasting balance and well-being. Through Libellula, I offer a safe space for deep relaxation, profound peace, and truly transformational healing, but also for meaningful experiences during and after the sessions.

I have been called to support humans and other living beings in their journey, allowing them to feel better, to heal, and to find meaning, regardless of their life stage.

As an intuitive empath, I continue to study holistic healing modalities to expand my own growth and ability to serve all living beings, and I hold a position as a Holistic Nurse.
